Technical Support & Services: A technician will come to you! The technician will stay on site for one full hour to service your systems. If support service takes less than one hour you have the ability to request custom work, training, or other support. This support style allows you to keep your schedule. If support services take longer than one hour you will be billed for each additional half hour. If you prefer, a technician will contact you over the phone and connect remotely via internet to service your systems. This is offered at a much lower fee as it saves everyone time. You will receive one full hour of custom professional online support. Each additional hour will remain the same low fee. This support style allows the client to view and learn over the phone while the technician provides support. Clients who live at greater distances greatly benefit from this style of support.

Hands-on Preventative Computer Maintenance Plan: Technicians will remotely support your systems on a monthly basis. Different rates will apply for the type of system being supported. Servers run $100 per system, per month. These systems require a great deal of care and often times are more critical than workstations. Home and small businesses can have their systems worked on for only $35 per system, per month. Computer maintenance plans do not require minimum monthly contracts.

Carbonite Online Backup & Storage: iNFLUXPC is an authorized reseller of the Carbonite online backup service. We also offer other solutions at low rates in order to secure your data in the event of any disaster.

Web Site Design: Let iNFLUXPC design your site. Please contact us for a quote. No job is too big or too small. We will tailor your site to fit your needs.

Logo Design: iNFLUXPC is creative and innovative when it comes to logo work. Pricing starts at $350. A designer will create a minimum of 30 custom logos and send them to you for review. Upon review you can pick one logo to get tailored to your liking.

Domain Names: You can let iNFLUXPC register and administer your domain name and DNS records for $15 per year! Please contact us for domain name availability.

Unlimited Web Hosting: We have the ability to offer hosting at $59.99 per year. This gets you virtually unlimited everything: storage space, bandwidth, databases, ftp accounts, 1 domain name for one-year, email accounts, sub-domains, stat reporting and the list goes on. We will host your site as well as manage it. Website design and manipulation fees will apply.
